Hosted by Bob Goen and Daisy Fuentes and held in Windhoek, Namibia - This is the 44th Miss Universe pageant. There are 82 contestants this year, but only one will be the winner. The judges have voted and Chelsi Smith from USA is crowned Miss Universe 1995.
