Hosted by Bob Barker and Helen O'Connell and held in Victoria, Hong Kong - This is the 25th Miss Universe pageant. There are 72 contestants this year, but only one will be the winner. The judges have voted and Rina Messinger from Israel is crowned Miss Universe 1976.
