Today's hero is Ryan Laplante. Ryan has earned $2.5 million in live tournaments, and amongst his resume is a $10k Pot Limit Omaha victory at the 2019 Poker Masters, as well as a WSOP bracelet win in the $565 buy in PLO event of 2016. Host Lee Davy talks to Laplante about his humble beginnings living in a trailer park, how it felt growing up gay in such a small community, and how he learned to control an array of emotions that were on the verge of destroying his poker carrer.
