Dadi goes to the hospital and tries to harm Ishqi by taking off her oxygen mask but Ahaan comes in between. Ahaan now knows Dadi's truth but is waiting for the right moment to strike. Ishqi and Ahaan come back home the next day for a "pooja" for Sonu's pregnancy. Sonu's mother-in-law tries to taunt Ahaan for bringing Ishqi back but he tells her off and also has brought her mother home. All of them celebrate Sonu's pregnancy and Savitri gives her blessings to Sonu.
