The emergency center team rushes to the scene of a mass stabbing, where they find a female victim lying unconscious, her young daughter frantically calling to her. The perpetrator is also taken to hospital and Teruyuki prepares to operate. But the victim’s daughter angrily confronts him, saying, “Why are you going to save that monster!”
