As the school trip to Sicily approaches, love lives are in turmoil—Gigi and Serena argue over her hidden struggles, while Doriana rejects Virgilio upon learning his identity. Lorenzo and Luisa grow distant, distracted by new suitors, and Piero continues his romantic games half-heartedly. In Noto, passion ignites—Piero and Claudia give in to desire, Serena finds peace with Gigi, Francesca finally accepts Daniele’s advances, and Lorenzo and Luisa surrender to their lifelong attraction. For a night, they feel young again, but reality soon intrudes—Daniele distances himself, Lorenzo and Luisa panic, and Serena returns home only to find her estranged husband waiting.
