So the sense of sight is at least as important as the sense of taste when the judges have to assess the performance of the participants in the baking competition. But what actually happens when Katrine and Markus have to evaluate the baked goods blindfolded? In the masterpiece, it's about "cheating" the judges and baking illusion cakes that must look like something completely different from cake!
