The country is in shock after the fire and the politicians are promising consequences. A new operation is launched with the aim of finding and disbanding illegal residences of the same type as in Frihamnen, something that turns out to be extra tough for Sara. When Magnus runs into Kim - the woman he took care of during the fire - in the kitchen of a restaurant, he decides to help her out of her life situation. Leah is sent against her will to help with the dialogue police when a demonstration to honor the victims of the fire is planned.
