So, I worked out at andar’s flagship store today. I wanted to make a workout video, so I’m really happy finally getting to do it.
I normally have been doing lots of exercise that combines aerobics. In order to diet and tone my muscles, I’ve tried these exercises a lot.
The exercise I’ve been really into is this Tabata workout!!
You’re supposed to do 3 sets for 4 minutes at once for a total of 12 minutesㅎㅎ
You may think it’s short, but once you try it, wow..
You’ll be able to lose all kinds of fat while creating a toned bodyㅎㅎ
