Sofie's grandfather has discovered that the gyro is missing nitroglycerin, and it is found in the school's locked physics room. Sofie and Dixie must get it while there is a Lucia parade at school, and Sofie's mother is going to a Lucia wedding. Sofie, in the hope of bringing her parents together in 2014, tries to get her father to watch the parade instead of going to the band rehearsal. At the same time, the agents have tracked down Sofie and Dixie.
