Another club member, Jonas, has left the hospital. Only Hugo, Leo and Toni are still holding down the fort. Emma and Jonas try to come to terms with the fact that they have to build a new life in very different ways. It's not easy, because everything may seem normal again at first glance, but their experiences over the past few months have of course changed a lot and left their mark. Meeting the carefree Laura seems to be just the right thing for Jonas to find his way back to his old life. And Emma also meets Victor in Berlin, who seems to be a nice and interesting guy. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Leo and Toni are faced with a difficult ordeal and fight for the life of a little boy.
