Under the gaze of the police who don't see her, Angèle pushes Lily off a bridge and makes it look like a suicide. The announcement of the suicide comes as a shock to Laurence and Nathan. Laurence understands that Nathan has lied to her, and that he too knows that there are invisibles. Their relationship breaks up.
