The World From Above
Wales - Ruthin to Mt Snowdon (3x5)
:
The journey starts in the heart of North Wales, at the historic town of Ruthin. From the ruins of the medieval Denbigh Castle, fly along the golden beaches and resort towns of the north coast. At Conway Bay, fly south-west and past the largest slate quarry in Wales before heading towards the Menai Strait, a narrow sea channel that separates the Isle of Anglesea from the mainland. From Caernarvon Castle, the ceremonial seat of the Prince of Wales, the journey ends with a spectacular flight through the mountains and valleys of Snowdonia, finishing at the highest peak in Wales, Mount Snowdon.
