Desperate, Olivier decides to sign a contract with Simon Elmaleh, a dubious property developer. But problems are piling up. His father is up to his ears in his new retirement home, his teenage daughter can't stand him, and it becomes clear that the building he owns is an airlock to the past. On his first leap back in time, Olivier meets a child, Clotilde, who encourages him to apply for a job as concierge. In the process, he meets a former tenant of the building, the disturbing Monsieur Riberi.
