Zak finds a council surveyor, sent by the council, snooping around his barn. The Dingles are stunned to be served a notice to make repairs at their own expense or demolish it. Seth gets into a trouble with Betty after trying to help Charity. Kathy discovers that Andy has stayed out overnight and asks Angie to help. She finds him with Cain and takes him home.
