The stress increases in Hotel Koosje, just before Christmas. As a manager, the chaotic Merel tries to steer everything in the right direction. When the hired handyman turns out to be a huge bumble, two more disruptive family members unexpectedly show up, a dreaded hotel reviewer checks in and the cook decides to throw away his Christmas menu, the chaos is complete for Merel.
