As the conflict between the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Literature intensifies during the presidential election, Hirokawa makes a surprising move by volunteering to join the presidential election. Rei, who supports Fukami, opposes Hirokawa, and the Literature Department is divided. At a public discussion, the three parties' respective ideas collide with each other. And then Hirokawa and Rei's secret relationship is spied on. Nanami begins to work in this group under the leadership of Tsutsuko, and the sense of incongruity of the people working in the facility unsettles her.
