Shot on my gopro.. This is a workout I created to focus on consistency in my pulls for clean and jerks. When I add the volume of this workout, I'm forced to keep my technique steady for each section of the complex, and with the light weights I can do that. Let me know what you guys like and don't like about these training vlogs..and if there's anything you think could improve them..peace homes.
