Director Yoon notices a newly listed child for a heart transplant with both her blood and tissue identical to Han Min Sik's. Later, a code blue occurs and the child, Yoon Seo, goes into cardiac arrest. If it weren't for Soo Yeon and Tae Soo, Director Yoon would have gotten his way and had her die. Luckily, Yoon Seo makes it onto the ECMO and jumps up in priority for a heart, putting Director Yoon in a predicament.
