It's the second day in and around Brighton, and bubbly 26-year-old Emma is hosting a beach themed dinner party to try and sail away with the £1000 cash prize. After a day of forgotten ingredients and culinary calamities, Emma still has some questions up her sleeve to help her find out more about 'love doctor' Monti. The love is also being felt for fellow contestant, Dutch pilot Tim, and a bromance begins to blossom. With some end of the pier entertainment thrown in and a last minute disaster when dessert lands in her lap, Emma has it all to do to claim the cash prize at the end of the week.
