Kent couple Rachel and Chris are pushed to the limit when their relationship with their tenant breaks down and she stops paying rent, leaving them more than £5,000 out of pocket. Now they need to get her out or they could lose the house. Elsewhere, a tenant uses scare tactics to keep his landlord off his back, and in Harrow, council housing officers investigate a residential property that has been turned into a brothel.
