Paul Burke, a claims manager with an insurance company, and his wife Marsha, a pharmaceutical sales representative, are looking to trade up into a bigger home. They also have two daughters, 5-year-old Laney, and 6-month-old Stephanie. With limited space, a growing family and rooms that serve dual functions, it's time for the Burkes to upgrade into a more spacious house.
