When Eric votes in favor of funding for the Youth Correctional Facility, there is an uproar which leads to a fight. Kieran is accused when there is a suspicious fire outside the iwi authority. Nicky tries to calm everyone down but this seems an impossible task, because everyone seems to be beyond the call of reason.
