A recently engaged couple wants to find a place in Phoenix that's closer to the center of town to shorten his commute and her drive to and from the airport. She's looking for a contemporary townhouse, with brand new high-end finishes, and absolutely move-in ready. But Randy is much more interested in a Mediterranean-style detached house, because he doesn't want to worry about playing his surround sound too loud and disturbing neighbors.
