Sheldon and Chavah have big plans to purchase their dream home on the Big Island of Hawaii. Budget conscience Sheldon doesn't want to spend their entire wad on a home as he is anxious to start a family and wants the extra cash to afford little ones. While his wife Chavah wants to put babies on hold and focus on her career, and therefore requires a home with extra space for her event planning needs. They need the help of waterfront expert Seth Stisher to help them focus on their top priorities and find a house that works for the now, as well as whatever the future holds.
