Meanwhile, in Dartford, Matt wants to get to grips with a lifelong condition that no amount of exercise has been able to solve; gynecomastia, or manboobs. Cameras also follow Hayley, who was struck by a severe case of acne during her first pregnancy, and Derek, who is undergoing a new procedure to help him lose weight. Plus, Nicky receives a 'bionic arm', the most advanced prosthetic limb in the country.
