While helping a ghost named Martin find his rancid corpse in his house, Jane and Scotty get arrested for murder. To get them out of jail, Martin and Vaughn have to find the real killer. Meanwhile, while in jail, Scotty must help a ghost, and himself, escape, and Jane must mend the relationship of a cop and his dead mother.
