Motorway Cops: Catching Britain's Speeders

Sergeant Dave Roberts follows a car being driven erratically. When the car refuses to stop, it leads to a heart-stopping pursuit through the streets that comes to an abrupt end when the car crashes into a shop.

In Sunderland, a Range Rover is refusing to stop for Northumbria Police. PCs Jamie Leslie and Máire Curran race to back up the patrol on its tail. The suspects take a dead end and ditch the car, running into a nearby house. The occupants of the house won't play ball and refuse to let the cops in, leaving the police with one option - smashing down the door

In Newcastle police crack down on drink and drug drivers, uninsured vehicles, and a serious motorbike crash. With lives at risk, officers must separate the truth from lies.

PCs Jan and Jamie are gobsmacked by a driver who doesn't seem to have a problem with drink driving. Later the duo pursues a car hitting a speed of 150mph.
