Nawab enters the cable business and soon finds himself dealing with contractors of the underworld. When Shetty gets Nawab's father murdered, a vengeful Nawab decides to strike back.

Nawab eliminates Shetty and joins Hussain's gang. Later, when he hijacks a police station to nab Tiwary, officer Kadam gathers a task force to regain control of the station.

It's love at first sight for Nawab and Manasvi and they decide to get married. When Nawab and his men are busy trying to break open Kadam's locker, Kadam and his team get ready to strike back.

Lala introduces Nawab to the film production business. Meanwhile, the police informer escapes once again and Nawab gets desperate to get hold of him.

Dada, an old rival, is out of jail and wants to regain his lost fame and fortune. Nawab gets furious when he discovers that Lala presented his idea to Mastan as his own.

Nawab joins hands with Dada. Kadam's informer gives him a crucial piece of information against Nawab and Manasvi finds out about Nawab's infidelity.

The entire Bombay operations is handed over to Nawab after he executes a minister and frames Lala for the murder. Nawab also strikes a deal with the ATS chief to get Manasvi released from jail.

During the grand opening of Mastan's new hotel in Bangkok, Nawab meets Laila and tries to save her from Lala. Later, he publicly executes Saavla after he discovers that Saavla is a double agent.

Nawab expresses his love to Laila and they get intimate. Dada wants to join politics and Nawab starts planning to launch him as a hero. Meanwhile, Lala sends his men to help Kadam take down Nawab.

Nawab double-crosses Dada and eliminates him for Mastan. Lala sets his eyes on Laila but Mastan declares that Laila will stay with Nawab. A furious Lala declares Pradeep a traitor for supporting Nawab.

Lala's men infiltrate the police station and Rajan advises Nawab to flee the country. Laila confesses her truth to Nawab and is heartbroken when she learns about the threat to his life.

After Nawab is shot, and Jaggan looks for a new hiding spot for him. Bakshi enters the building with his team and Laila hands over Nawab to the police to teach him a lesson.

Nawab is arrested but manages to escapes from prison. Laila convinces Lala to come to Bombay and Rajan helps Nawab eliminate him.
