Season 4 begins with Joe King holding a family meeting to assess the state of Freedom Farms, and assign new titles and new responsibilities. But Dan isn't on board with the plans. Meanwhile, Lisa spends time at the new sandwich shop and is tasked with getting everything in shape.

A New York City modeling agency wants to hire Pete and Dan for a photo shoot. Tim and Sam evaluate Sam's berry plants after a harsh winter, and Sam comes up with an idea to save money and use resources they already have to prepare the surviving berry plants for the season.

Dan decides to move out on his own and into an apartment in Pittsburgh. Joe's decision to buy new freezers leaves everyone cold when one of them breaks down on its first day.

Joe comes up with a creative way to move their growing stock of meat at markets and makes a massive purchase without consulting his partners. Bitty looks forward to her wedding, but a growing rift threatens things.

The family prepares to celebrate Bitty's wedding, but unfinished projects and early season stress threaten to ruin the big day.

As the Kings' crops begin to ripen, Joe tries to get his younger brothers to come out of the fields and sell all the farm has to offer. With Tim away wheeling and dealing, Joe tries to fill his shoes. Bitty convinces her mom that she needs a night out with her boyfriend. Can Lisa let loose long enough to primp for her date night?

Pete sets up cameras to keep a constant watch on his pigs after a pregnant one dies. Joe loves the idea so much he sets up even more cameras to keep track of his employees. But as Joe pays more and more attention to the going's on at each location, how will his family members feel about their big brother playing big brother? Lisa tries her hand at a cooking video, but when Tim steps in to direct, will she keep her cool while the cameras roll?
