Sue Perkins takes charge in Cornwall and leads Stephen Mangan and Alison Steadman from Bodmin Moor to Cape Cornwall. But as amateur navigators they soon discover that one wrong turn could mean disaster. Along the way, Sue takes to the skies and consults some wise women as to why her life has led her to Cornwall.

Stephen Mangan leads Sue Perkins and Alison Steadman on a journey of discovery across Ireland, back to where his parents lived. The trio can only use nature to guide them, but with the weather worsening and the landscape conspiring against them, will they make it?

Alison Steadman takes Stephen Mangan and Sue Perkins across North Wales to her home town of Liverpool. They discover that trekking in thick fog puts their new found navigation skills to the ultimate test, and Alison has an emotional reunion at the theatre where she made her name.
