Philippe Etchebest travels to Brive-la-Gaillarde to help Amina, a restaurant owner for 35 years. Although her restaurant was a success for many years, Amina is now completely overwhelmed and her establishment has gone from serving 200 covers a day to just two! The chef discovers incredible sloppiness and one of the greasiest kitchens he has ever seen, forcing him to equip himself to inspect the premises! Heading to Langeron, a small village in the Nièvre, where the only restaurant is in serious trouble. In fact, it’s the townspeople who called in the chef to try to save Aline and Luc’s establishment, a couple of restaurateurs completely overwhelmed. Upon his arrival, Philippe Etchebest is plunged into the atmosphere of a place frozen in time. While the hygiene standards are fine, the organization and quality of the dishes leave much to be desired! Of course, the situation is far more serious than it seems. Yet the couple has extensive experience, even if it’s sometimes unusual: Luc worked as a chef for several years in a swingers’ club! Philippe Etchebest heads to Occitanie, in Sète, after being called for help by Aurora, a waitress at a roadside restaurant run for 14 years by Bachir, his wife, and their sons. Today, the restaurant is in serious trouble, and according to Aurora, its owners need Chef Etchebest’s help to get back on track.
