Since I have been raw, my family went from eating a high-fat non-vegan Ecuadorean/Lebanese diet to now eating at least 1-2 FullyRaw meals a day! It's taken time, compassion, understanding, communication, and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, but we have all grown closer and healthier together!
