And because Spain is one of the leading countries in health treatment, the three guys compares health treatment in Egypt to Spain by going to a local hospital and meeting a nurse, the hospital's president and a patient. Also, they have fun with Spanish people when they ride an ambulance around Madrid and treat the sick as the sick are being treated in Egypt.
