An hour north of Sydney is the region known as the Central Coast - where the average beachside home costs an affordable £200,000. Oxfordshire couple Ian and Julie Leigh are moving down under to begin their retirement and to be nearer to their ex-pat children. They've already spent £40k on fast-tracking their visas, so the pressure is on for Phil to find them their new home.
