Hugo Girard stops in Manchester. Industrial city, Manchester is famous for its working population but also for its many gangs of streets. Hugo meets and tries to take the pulse of the city: Paddy Doherty, a famous nomad who advocates the importance of street fighting, hooligans who experienced the riots during soccer games where supporters died, and many citizens presenting the worst and the best of their city.
