Luciana continues her search for information that might open Martina's eyes and has a rather awkward encounter with Juan Pablo's mother. Miranda becomes very nervous after her conversation with Iván and asks Raimundo to meet. The two meet at a spot on the family's farm, and she tells the businessman that she's been lying to him since she met him. Meanwhile, Tomás calls Alexandra to tell her he saw Tormento leaving the house. Unable to believe it, he returns to their home and realizes that the foreman has taken all his belongings. As Miranda tells Raimundo every detail of her deception, he becomes enraged and suddenly faints, falling to the ground. Genoveva comes to his aid; however, Samuel's father wants to be left alone to process the shocking information he received.
