The poison of doubt grows in Fausta: her suspicions about Isabella intensify when she discovers that she knew perfectly well that Sandra was at the wedding... and that, instead of triggering a jealous scene, she decided to trust her husband. Bárbara calls Úrsula to a private meeting and places a lucrative contract on the table, hoping to buy her loyalty in the battle against Fausta. Fausta tests Isabella's love by demanding that she relinquish any claim to Eugenio's assets. Upon learning that Úrsula had a meeting with another company, Fausta doesn't hesitate to act. She bursts into the office and, without giving her a chance to explain herself, fires her for betraying her trust.
