Tania discovers that the unexpected encounter with her father was no coincidence. Behind it all was an anonymous message that, to her surprise, had been sent by one of her friends. At the hospital, Isabella is surprised by the arrival of the police, who burst in with an arrest warrant to bring her to trial for her crime. Catalina can no longer remain silent and confesses to Eugenio that she was responsible for the police finding them, although she clarifies that she did it not out of contempt, but out of love. Halfway through her statement, Eugenio chooses to remain silent so as not to put Isabella at risk. However, his silence arouses suspicion, and the detectives eventually arrest him, charging him with complicity.
