We met Bernie outside of a convenience store in Barnville, Wisconsin. He happily told us about his life as a farmer and his struggles to overcome cancer. 11 years ago, Bernie won the lottery and plans to leave his savings to his only son who lives in Fennimore, Wisconsin.
