Andrés tries to escape his father's cruelty, but when he opens the door, he finds Sara, who stops him and prevents him from fleeing. She coldly assures him that his place is by his father's side. Andrés takes advantage of his father's carelessness to try to escape, but in his desperation, he cuts his calf with a piece of rusty metal, causing a deep wound. Seeing him injured, Carlos panics and decides to take him to the hospital. Upon returning from the hospital, Sara discovers that Andrés already has a police report filed with the authorities. Upon learning this, Carlos loses control, fearing that his entire plan to leave the country will fall apart. Aidé discovers that Celeste is posing as Carolina and, with no other option, confesses the truth. But at that very moment, Armida overhears everything, triggering imminent danger.
