A group of drag artists gather for one last show. Now they are retirees, but in this charming and gripping documentary, they are told their life stories. Under the direction of world-renowned choreographer Alain Platel, they set up the cabaret "Gardenia" which is a success. But then comes the day when the headlight goes out and the glamor is changed into everyday life, emptiness and memories. A movie about love, disappointment, dreams - but above all about daring to take chances, against all odds.
