A movie about how life as an artist can completely break down but at the same time be a necessity of life. Or a movie about the teenage girl's path into adulthood, sandwiched between the desire for freedom and adaptation to the group. Klara Kristalova lives in the countryside with her family, just outside Norrtälje. A contrast to the world's big cities she exhibits in. In a close-up portrait, we can follow her life story that characterized her artistry, where death and darkness in some way become the origin of creation. A documentary film by Bengt Bok.
