I WENT TO THE SAME WORST REVIEWED MAKEUP ARTIST after ONE YEAR (3x6)

guess what, IT'S BEEN ONE YEAR since the first worst reviewed makeup artist reviewing video! That's just.. wow and so the most rational thing for me to do? GO BACK. I went back to the same worst rated makeup artist in my city after one year! Did they get better? worst? or was this the ABSOLUTE WORST EVER?!
