Claire visits Mercy UK, a Christian mental health and wellbeing charity in Oxenhope, to see how their courses have helped people like Lynne recover from an eating disorder, before seeing something extraordinary in a church in Shipley – a wrestling club run by Gaz Thompson which improves the physical and mental health of its members through Bible stories and body slams.
