the moral dilemma that i'm faced with most often is whether or not to choose convenience. i started to notice that the hyper-convenient choices that used to be my default were actually making me feel depressed, isolated, and unhealthy. so i decided to reintroduce inconvenience into my life, and today i'm going to share some examples with you.
