The panelists examine the new proposal from Governor Cuomo's Wage Board to raise the hourly wage of chain fast food workers to $15 an hour. We have many questions about its fairness and implementation. Then they turn to another initiative of the Governor: asking AG Eric Schneiderman to take over all local cases in which a police officer uses deadly force against an unarmed civilian.
