Érika discovers that Sergio made Fabián's boat sink so that he would stop helping Estrella and, thus, her daughter's mother would trust him and accept his help. Estrella asks her family not to interfere in the decisions she will make in the business that her father left them, Brisa gets angry, because she doesn't want to just obey her. Dona Meche assures Estrella that sometimes it is necessary to give up certain things for a greater good, and surprises Sergio by assuring her that she is willing to accept his help.
