Documentary series giving an insight into the unorthodox and sometimes ruthless business antics that are par for the course at double glazing company U-Fit, run by Ann and John Armstrong. It's Christmas week, but there's not much sign of Christmas cheer. The factory staff are still sore over the recent redundancies and the sales team know their necks are on the line because of their poor performance of late. Business guru Basil has been asked to deliver some cold hard facts to the team.
