Black Specter is said to have once equaled Fantaman in power on the continent of Atlantis. When Nazo learns of the legend, he retrieves a coffin from the underwater ruins of Atlantis and brings him back to life. Black Ghost is a great villain who doesn't even fear Nazo, but Nazo scares him with a sealing spell and tames Black Ghost. The real Ghostman finally appears before Black Ghost, who disguises himself as Ghostman, kidnaps Dareo and does all sorts of evil !
